This project was a new construction of a 40’x40’ storage building and a 24’x20’ roof only picnic shelter.

Both of these building feature Stream-Line Roofing form Champion Metal. This roofing system is far superior to most as it has no exposed fasteners, which eliminates possibility of failure if installed correctly.

The storage building also features our ‘commercial girt’ system which improves on our competitor’s standard flat girt system fastened to the exterior face of the structural posts. This system delivers you walls that are ready to receive insulation with no additional framing required.

The storage building also features a post bracket system that eliminates the largest downside to standard post-frame buildings. This system connects the post to the below-ground footing with a bracket which brings the post above the level of the finished interior concrete slab. This means that the structural posts are fully protected from moisture and will not rot. This greatly increases the longevity of the building. This system also removes the need for pressure treated posts which creates a more aesthetically appealing interior finish.
